Many Things Make Our Community a Special Place, but most of all
We Save You Tons of Money!
First, all of our roofs are brand-new and when the buildings were recently reroofed, an extra layer of insulation was put under the roof, a procedure which is unheard of in apartment complexes. Therefore, our roofs have double the insulation of any other apartment complex you could live in.
Second, all light fixtures in our deluxe apartments use fluorescent lightbulbs and our GSD’s have LED bulbs. Although these lightbulbs cost us several times more than regular lightbulbs, they will save you money and help the environment too.
Third, almost all of our appliances are EnergyStar models that are rated to save you electricity–and save you money! And that’s exactly what they do!
Fourth, essentially all of the apartments at Westview Forest have brand-new high-efficiency 14-SEER air conditioners. These ACs will save you tons of money year in and year out. In addition, we perform an ACPM (AC preventive maintenance) on all of our AC’s every 2 years, which maximizes the amount of cool air while lowering the amount of electricity used.
We know this sounds like marketing talk, but we can PROVE to you how cheap your electric bill will be at Westview Forest. Our office has the bills and data for your to review. Also, we have attached the August bills for several of our apartments for August of 2022. We look forward to saving your money!
